The Diva's Challenge this week is
to do a Shattuck Monotangle.
I started out thinking I was going to do
a few different tangleations; but once I started,
that's not what happened. The tile practically drew itself, and looking at it, I felt all it needed was some shading. So here it is:
Be sure to visit the Diva's site to see the other
wonderful entries; it's amazing how different all the responses are. Maybe you'll be inspired
to try out one of the Challenges yourself.

Joey's Challenge this week is Roman Numeral V;
and she's created a High Five string:
and the tangles to be used:
Coil, Pais, and Puf
Here's mine:
I really like this one; I hope you do, too.
Take a look at Joey’s site to see the other entries,
and maybe try one yourself.

For Easter week, Adele Bruno, over at Tickled to Tangle,
created this string
and charged us to use
Mel Mel, Warped Eggs, and Zenith.
It wasn't until I was scanning my tile that I realized
I hadn't used Mel Mel, which I really like. But by then,
there really was no place to put it.
Be sure to check out all the entries @ Tickled to Tangle, on Monday afternoon, when Adele Bruno posts them. The vast differences that can be achieved using the same tangles on the same string are truly incredible. And, if you've a mind to try a String Thing yourself, check back on Tuesday afternoon, when she offers the new ones.
Very fun and fanciful. Really enjoy the "dancing Shattuck" and your colorful Easter tile.
