Most of this week's Challenges: Diva, Joey, and a couple from Square One

With the new challenges I've added,
it's turning into a busy week.

First, here are the 2 tiles I've  submitted to Square One:
This is the first one, Auraknot, always one of my favorites:
 and this is this week's Tangle, another one I really like:
Quib, with Mak-Rah-Mee:

The Diva's Challenge this week  is to use
the New Official Tangle, ING, by Molly Hollibaugh.
At first I was not too enthused about this tangle, but the more I played around with it, the more possibilities emerged. So much so that I ended up doing two tiles, each one totally different from each other:

 Joey's Weekly Tangle Challenge is to use the tangle Leaflet,
and she specifically mentioned Autumn
``````````````````````````````````````````````````
I still have one challenge to go, but I'm no where near being done with it; so I'm posting the ones that are done, and I'll post the last one when it's finished.
Don't forget to check the Diva's and Joey's sites, as well as Square One, and see how others are responding, and perhaps try one or two yourself.
  1. The ING tiles are excellent. I like the black pearls you have included in the second one. Your Leaflet challenge is so Autumn - the colours are fantastic.
  3. Beautiful Diva Challenge Tiles. Love the variances in line weight and your clean ING patterns. The delicate white shading is terrific. All of your challenge tiles are great. Your Quib and Mak-Rah-Mee is a superb design. A masterful tangleation of the two patterns.
    1. When I first started working on the Diva's Challenge, ING was far from a favorite; but it has certainly grown on me. I would definitely use it again. Quib, on the other hand, has been a favorite from the beginning. So has Mak-Rah-Mee, for that matter.
  5. You do beautiful work. The color in your Leaflet is great. I really like your second ING with the pearls and your Auraknot is phenomenal. I have enough problems keeping up with one and you did two with one behind the other.
  6. Great ING tiles. Nice work with weighting the lines and I like Betweed inside. Your second tile has some nice dimension.
    1. Thank you, Claire. Using different pen sizes is very helpful in keeping the tile from being too boring.
  10. A most productive post, I love how every tile is different in style and "Feel".
    My favorite is the second ING tile. The bubble you put inside really adds to it a completely new feel.
    1. Thanks, Carmela. It seems that everyone likes the second ING. I'll have to try and remember whatever I did that made it memorable, so I can repeat it for future challenges.
