Joey's Finish My Tile Alphabet Challenge, #152, and Diva #303; Valentangle

Joey's  Finish My Tile Alphabet Challenge is up to the letter G,
and here is her tile featuring Gnarly:

Here's how I finished it; another Monotangle:
Take a look at Joey’s site to see the other entries,
and maybe try one yourself.
The Diva's challenge this week is to create a Valentine themed
card or tile; and give it to someone you love.I had already
started a card for my husband; so I finished it and figured
it would do double duty: the Diva's Challenge, and a
Valentine's day card for my husband.

First, I took some stationary that I have, and copied the
pattern onto 90 pound paper. It makes great cards and tiles.
Then I used a few different shades of purple pens. And, Voila;
a Valentine for my husband, and a tile for the Diva's challenge.
Be sure to visit the Diva's site to see the other wonderful entries; it's amazing how different all the responses are. Maybe you'll be inspired to try out one of the Challenges yourself.

  1. Gnarly is a very special but beautiful tangle and I like what you did with your g, it looks wonderful.
Beautiful Valentine's card on gorgeous paper, I love that composition!

  2. both of these are so nice. The bold swirly look of the g tile, and your hearts on a heart valentangle...just delightful!

  3. Your hearts in a heart are so pretty in purple. I'll bet your husband loved it!

  4. Love your determination Audrie, no one challenges themselves more and you always come through! Your tiles are so pretty, love the hearts!

  5. Your Joey tile is elegant and shows how useful white space can be.

  6. Nice work on finishing Joey's Zentangle.

  7. Beautiful Heart! I love the two different sides to your heart border. And I love Purple!

  8. Both are very pretty! Especially I like your lovely purple Valentangle!
