St. Patty's

I've barely had a chance to do something Green for the Diva's Challenge for St. Patty's Day. I really kind of threw this together; you can tell, I'm sure.
But I did get it posted while it's still St. Patrick's Day.

I hope to get the rest of this week's challenges posted within a reasonable time. Part of the problem is that I keep adding challenges; I've become quite addicted, can't you tell?

Be sure to visit the Diva's site to see the other wonderful entries; it's amazing how different all the responses are. Maybe you'll be inspired to try out one of the Challenges yourself.

  3. Sometimes we tend to over think our work. This type of "get 'er done" tangling can be surprisingly fresh and creative, as this one is!

    1. I'm glad you like this, Annemarie. I played around with different colored pencils and brushes, and finally used a yellow Tombow Dual Brush and a green Sakura Koi brush. Turns out I could have used the Koi yellow, just didn't realize it.

    1. I really like this pattern: B'twined, But it does take some practice to get it all to line up evenly. I still haven't got it perfected; but it'll do for now.

  9. I like the color that you came up with in the background and that is a great woven pattern.
