Happy 2nd Birthday, String Thing

Since there are fifty-two weeks in a year,
and this is the one hundred fourth challenge,
then we have a birthday. And to celebrate,
Adele Bruno (the brains behind It's a String Thing)
has come up with this string:

and suggests using any or all of the following patterns:
Drupe, by Maria Thomas and Rick Roberts
Meringue, by CZT Kelley Kelly
and Prestwood, by  CZT Margaret Bremner

I came up with a few variations;
all of them moving the string to one side or the other,
and as usual, can't decide which one to use.

 Be sure to check out all the entries @ Tickled to Tangle, on Monday afternoon, when Adele Bruno posts them. The vast differences that can be achieved using the same tangles on the same string are truly incredible. And, if you've a mind to try a String Thing yourself, check back on Tuesday afternoon, when she offers the new ones.
