String Thing, Diva's Challenge/Zendala Dare

String Thing #105 uses a string of the same #,
105 by Barbara Finwall,
and it's one of my favorites:

To me, this string really offers lots of possibilities,
and this challenge was no exception.

The patterns offered were all new ones:
Daviso CZT Katie Crommett
Dicso  CZT Mina (Ping-Min) Hsiao
X-ess by Susie Achter
Undu by Daniel Lamothe

I like them all, but I still haven't mastered Undu,
so I didn't use it.
Be sure to check out all the entries @ Tickled to Tangle, on Monday afternoon, when Adele Bruno posts them. The vast differences that can be achieved using the same tangles on the same string are truly incredible. And, if you've a mind to try a String Thing yourself, check back on Tuesday afternoon, when she offers the new ones.

It was a big surprise to find Erin Olson as the guest host for this week's Diva's Challenge #230.
We get to kill 2 birds with 1 stone, so to speak.
In other words, this Zendala counts for both
the Bright Owl and the Diva's challenges.
Here's the template for
"Let’s all be ZenDivaDala"

     and here's my interpretation:
This week, the Zendala Dare is accessed through the Diva's site, but be sure to check out the Bright Owl as well.   Visit I am the Diva's site to see the other wonderful entries; it's amazing how different all the responses are. Maybe you'll be inspired to try out one of the Challenges yourself.

And visit the Bright Owl's site to
check out future Zendala Dares,
and maybe try one of those as well.
